Biography

Thank you for taking the time to look at my credentials and personal philosophy on buying or selling real estate. I have chosen to work for a local real estate firm whose ideals and goals for serving their clients' needs are like mine, first and foremost in every transaction. Professional conduct mixed with knowledge and a real concern for the client is what keeps them coming back and referring me to their friends. This is what I get to do every day and I love seeing the smiles of satisfied clients! I always expect the best and rarely do you ever get more than you expect!

I work with both buyers and sellers who are relocating, downsizing or moving up. Each one receives the same attention to detail and personal interest no matter what the situation.

I have worked hard to continue my education in order to provide the best service and knowledge for my clients. This includes the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. I have also served on several boards to support the local real estate community and maintain a good rapport with other realtors.

On a more personal side Iím a lifelong resident of the area. My husband and I have raised three daughters and we enjoy basketball, golfing, skiing, fishing, and an occasional vacation to a sunny spot.

What it Means to be a REALTOR

A REALTOR is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

To earn a designation, a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
